Position Overview
Dedicated regional position based out of Reno, NV. Drivers will run consistent routes delivering to retail locations across multiple states. This is a high-service account with steady freight, predictable lanes, and consistent weekly miles.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
- CPM (based on experience):
- 0–6 months: $0.58 CPM
- 7–12 months: $0.59 CPM
- 13–24 months: $0.60 CPM
- 25–36 months: $0.61 CPM
- 37–48 months: $0.62 CPM
- 49+ months: $0.63 CPM
- Stop Pay: $40 per stop
- Short Haul Pay: $25 for loads under 100 miles
- Weekly Miles: 1,000 – 2,300
Home Time
- Home Weekly
Schedule
- Day, night, or rotating shifts
- Typical schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Weekend work required
- Holiday blackout periods apply (advance notice required)
Freight & Equipment
- Freight Type: Retail store deliveries
- Load Type: Palletized freight (pallet jack)
- Stop Pay includes unload
- Most loads under 20,000 lbs
- Round-trip freight with flexible return times
Operating Area
Drivers will run throughout:
- Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah
- Cities include Reno, Sacramento, Stockton, Redding, Medford, Eugene, Salem, Portland, Yakima, Spokane, Boise, Salt Lake City
Requirements
- CDL-A License
- Trainees accepted
- Experienced drivers preferred (1+ year ideal)
- No endorsements required
